Idea / brainstorm
Nibotechnics can be consulted at every stage of product development. We think along from the idea stage and brainstorming together with the client to get the most optimal development path of the product.
Experience:
- Metal and plastic products in the broadest sense. All possible techniques of processing are possible here.
- Elektronics applications such as batteries and recharging systems, controls, handsets for various applications.
- Technical textile applications in many design and different materials. Many materials used are cotton, various polyesters in coated or raw form.
Concept phase
In this phase, the R&D staff will make and evaluate the first concepts together with the client. The first forms are evaluated using sketches and mockups. Also, ergonomics, styling, validation criteria, ... are taken into account.
Prototype phase
In this phase, a prototype is manufactured internally in the company or together with external partners in consultation with the client. The prototype will contain all discussed elements which were adopted in the concept phase. We will always strive for a perfectly working prototype so that the results can be evaluated in a realistic way in the following tests.
Test en validation
All the testing required for the product in accordance with the regulations to produce and to meet the proposed specifications are performed here. This test can be internal as well as external testing conducted at the accredited companies.
Production
After completion of the verious phases and tests, the product is taken into production after approval. This process also takes place in several steps. Important is, of course, to produce on the most qualitative and cost effective way. Here we have extensive experience with production in house as well as with manufacturing outsourcing. If necessary, we can go through a complete outsourcing project in Asia or Eastern Europe. Also here, the checks and final responsibility are fully carried out by our company.
